On our quote page, pick the service you’re after. We then walk you through a short questionnaire — usually 2 to 5 questions — that narrows down the exact product for your situation. For an EV charger that’s two questions; for a panel upgrade or generator it’s a few more.
Step 2 — See your recommendation
We show every product that matches your answers with the installed all-in price. You can add as many products as you want. There’s no commitment here — we don’t take payment, we don’t auto-book anything.
Step 3 — Send us your contact info
Verify your email with a 6-digit code (this is what creates your free portal account so you can come back later) and add your install address. Submitting moves your request into our queue.
Step 4 — We email you for photos
You get an upload link for 2–6 site photos: your electrical panel, the parking spot for an EV install, the gas meter for a generator, etc. Why photos matter covers the specifics. Most people upload from their phone in a couple of minutes.
Step 5 — Final price within 24 hours
A licensed electrician reviews your photos plus your questionnaire answers and writes back a real, itemised quote — no estimate caveats. If it matches the original price, great. Step 6 — Accept and schedule
Reply yes to the final quote and we’ll book your install. Most jobs happen within 3–7 business days. Payment is due after the work is done and signed off — see our deposit policy.
