The clock starts when we have your photos
The questionnaire on our quote page takes about two minutes. Submitting it just queues the request — the 24-hour clock starts when you reply to our follow-up email with the requested photos. Photo turnaround is usually under an hour because we’re asking for things you can shoot from your phone.
What makes a quote take longer
- Generators — we coordinate with a gas tech to verify your meter and line, which adds a day or two.
- Commercial jobs — usually require a site walk-through. 3–7 business days.
- Custom scope — anything outside our catalog (e.g. complex panel rework, unusual sub-panel routes) gets a manual estimate. 2–3 business days.
- Long weekends / holidays — we’re a small team, so a Friday-evening submit often lands Monday or Tuesday.
How to get the fastest turnaround
- Submit your quote before 2pm on a weekday.
- Reply with the requested photos within an hour. Clear, well-lit shots taken from a few steps back work best.
- Use a real phone number we can text — if your panel photo raises a question, a 30-second text exchange beats another email round-trip.
