Every product we install comes with the full manufacturer warranty — typically 1 to 10 years depending on the brand and product category. This covers defects in materials and workmanship of the device itself.

We arrange a service visit
For workmanship issues, we come back to your site to diagnose and fix — usually within a couple of days. For product defects, we coordinate with the manufacturer and handle the claim paperwork.
We fix it
Workmanship repairs are free. Manufacturer replacements are installed at no additional labour cost — you only wait for the replacement part to arrive.
Warranty terms are subject to each manufacturer’s specific policy. Copper Bee’s workmanship guarantee covers installation labour and materials for 12 months from the date of installation. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature is not covered. Keep your quote confirmation email — it serves as your proof of purchase and installation date.
