Residential services we install
- EV chargers — Level 2 indoor and outdoor installs (Tesla, Grizzl-E, ChargePoint, JuiceBox, Wallbox, Leviton).
- Panel upgrades — 100A to 200A service upgrades, new meter bases, sub-panels, Federal Pacific / Stab-Lok replacement.
- Generators — whole-home Generac standby generators with automatic transfer switches.
- Load management — add a Level 2 charger or heat pump to a near-capacity panel without a full upgrade.
- Surge protection — panel-mounted whole-home SPDs from Schneider Square D and Eaton.
- Lighting and lighting controls — pot lights, undercabinet strips, Lutron Caséta smart switches.
- Smoke and CO detectors — hardwired Kidde detectors with interconnect, voice alerts, and strobe options.
- Smart home products — Ring cameras, video doorbells, Ring Alarm, Google Nest floodlights.
Commercial work
For small commercial buildings we handle EV charging stations, LED retrofits, switchgear upgrades, tenant build-outs, parking-lot lighting, and annual preventative-maintenance contracts. What we don’t do
We focus on the work above so we’re fast and reliable at it. We don’t do new-construction wiring, large industrial projects, or knob-and-tube re-wires. If your job is outside our scope we’ll tell you in the first reply and point you toward the right kind of contractor.
