ESA permit and inspection coordination

Cleanup
We tarp the work area, vacuum drywall dust, and take all packaging and waste with us when we leave.
1-year workmanship warranty
If anything we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it free. Product warranties pass through from the manufacturer (typically 1–5 years).
What’s NOT included
- Drywall patching beyond what we can clean-cut around our work — we leave a clean rectangular cut, a drywall contractor finishes.
- Painting.
- Gas line work for generators (we coordinate but a licensed gas tech invoices separately, included in the bundled price for a Copper Bee generator install).
- Removal of asbestos, lead paint, or other hazardous materials — rare and uncommon, handled by specialists if encountered.
