Pricing & Payment

Why is installation included in the price?

Bundling labour with the product saves you money and removes the surprise-fee problem. Here is the math.

Installation isn’t “free” — it’s included in the price you see. The point isn’t that we’re generous; it’s that bundling actually saves you money and removes a class of surprise fees that plague the industry.

Why bundling is cheaper for you

  1. Less back-and-forth — with separate product and labour quotes, you typically pay a $150 site-visit fee. Bundled, you don’t.
  2. One contractor accountable for everything — no “the product was DOA, talk to the manufacturer; the install was botched, talk to the electrician”. We own both.
  3. No upsell pressure on install day — the labour is paid for; we’re not trying to find extra work to bill you for.
  4. One simple total to compare — easier to shop multiple contractors than playing “is this product priced low because the labour quote is inflated”.

What “free install” doesn’t mean

It doesn’t mean the labour itself is free. Our electricians are paid fair wages — that’s built into the catalogue price. It also doesn’t cover work beyond a clean standard install (see what’s included for the exact list).

How we keep prices honest

We don’t hide labour in inflated product prices — you can comparison-shop the model online and see the markup is reasonable. The product cost-plus, plus a fair install labour rate, lands at the catalogue price you see.

What if I bought the product myself already?

We do install-only quotes for customer-supplied products. Reach out with the model and your address and we’ll price the install portion separately. Note: customer-supplied products carry only the manufacturer warranty — we won’t warranty the product itself.
