- Commercial scope — tenant build-outs, parking lot lighting, panel rooms.
- You’re a builder, designer, or property manager handling multiple sites at once.
How to request a custom quote
Start a free quote and choose “Custom project” on the first screen, or just contact us with what you’re planning. The more detail you give, the faster we can scope it.
What we’ll ask
- Address and access (so we can plan a walk-through if needed).
- The end goal in your words — what you’re trying to do, not the electrical solution.
- Your timeframe, so we know whether to plan around your renovation or schedule directly.
- Photos of the spaces involved.
Lead time on custom quotes
2–3 business days for most residential custom work. 5–7 days for commercial or multi-site. We’ll always tell you the timeline upfront so you can plan around it.
What about phased work?
Common with renovations — we’ll quote the whole project but break it into phases (rough-in, finish, inspection). You pay per phase.
