Most Copper Bee accounts don’t have a password — you sign in with a 6-digit code we email to you on demand. Same as Slack, Notion, or your bank’s 2FA.
Step 1 — Go to the sign-in screen
Click “Sign In” in the top right of any page on copperbee.ca.
Step 2 — Enter your email
Use the same email you used when you submitted a quote. The button is “Send code”.
Step 3 — Check your inbox
The email arrives within a minute usually, often within 10 seconds. The subject line is “Your Copper Bee sign-in code: XXXXXX” with the code right in the subject. You can also open the email for the same code shown larger.
Step 4 — Paste the code
Back on the sign-in screen, paste or type the code. You’re in.
How long does a code stay valid?
About 60 minutes. After that, just request a new one.
Can I set a real password instead?
Yes — once you’re signed in, visit your account settings and add one. Password-based sign-in is then an additional option, not a replacement — the email code path still works.
What about Google sign-in?
Available on the same sign-in screen. Click “Continue with Google”, pick the Google account that matches your Copper Bee email, and you’re in. Convenient for repeat sign-ins.
