Copper Bee Electrical is a fully ESA‑certified and insured electrical contractor operating in Ontario.

All work will be performed in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) and applicable local regulations.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scope & Pricing

Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quotation; any changes in scope may result in additional charges.

Hydro utility fees (e.g., disconnects, reconnects, meter pulls, service upgrades) are never included in Copper Bee quotations, as these fees vary by utility provider.

Any required Hydro scheduling, fees, or delays are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer‑Provided Materials
Copper Bee Electrical is not liable for any defects, failures, or performance issues related to customer‑supplied materials, fixtures, or equipment.

Warranty does not apply to any products not supplied directly by Copper Bee.

Warranty
Copper Bee provides a 1‑year warranty from the date of installation on:

All workmanship

All materials supplied by Copper Bee

Warranty does not cover:

Customer‑supplied products

Damage caused by misuse, environmental conditions, or third‑party work

Pre‑existing electrical issues not related to the work performed

Emergency Repairs & Hidden Conditions
Copper Bee Electrical is not responsible for any emergency repairs that arise during or after the project unless explicitly included in the scope.

If unexpected hazards or code violations are discovered (e.g., aluminum wiring, deteriorated panels, unsafe junctions), additional work may be required at extra cost to bring the installation up to code. Otherwise work will be refused and a partial refund will be issued.

Access & Scheduling

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at scheduled times.

Delays caused by the customer, other trades, or utility providers may result in additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the quote; deposits may be required for material procurement.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Copper Bee Electrical is not responsible for:

Pre‑existing electrical deficiencies

Damage resulting from customer‑supplied equipment

Utility‑related delays or failures

Losses due to power outages or Hydro scheduling issues
